Bad Tölz is a thermal town situated 30 Km from Munich

The "official document of partnership"between the two thermal cities has been signed and made official in 2003

 

 

There are many occasions for keeping in touch with our german friends; here are some of the most important:

 

• April/May

The "Agrifiera"of Pontasserchio: the citizens of Bad Tölz usually take part to this big local Festival by selling traditional products such as beer, brochures and souvenirs of their wonderful bavarian city.

• November

Pilgrimage of Saint Leonard: our has office organized for many years in collaboration with the municipal administration a journey to Bad Tölz, to celebrate on 6th November the annual Pilgrimage of Saint Leonard, who is the patron saint of the city.

 

This old celebration represents the typical expression of the bavarian costume

 

 

 

• December

Christmas market of Bad Tölz: some shop keepers of San Giuliano Terme take part in the annual Christmas market by selling local products; moreover our tourist information point also take part by bringing brochures and all the accomodation adresses concerning our territory.
