Asciano
Following the road from San Giuliano Terme along the Pisa mountains direction Calci, you find the town of Asciano.
Its most important public building is the old "Medici Aqueduct", usually called "I condotti", built in 1592 by Ferdinando I dei Medici along the road which connects Asciano with Pisa.
The aqueduct is circa 6 Km long, enforced by 954 arches.

In Summer 1997 the town hall of San Giuliano Terme has made a bikeway, 2 meters wide, along the aqueduct.
